Factory divided into these departments:

a) HARVESTING AND STORAGE OF SHAVINGS AND WET SAWS

with wet material silos, silo unloading augers and transport to the drying department

b) DRYING

rotary drum dryer, with boiler powered by wood waste.

c) GRINDING / REFINING

refiner, with loading at the entrance equipped with impure material separators

d) STORAGE OF DRY CHIP

storage silos, with pneumatic loading systems, unloading augers from silos,

mini mixer silo and compensator, pneumatic transport transport to the pelleting department

e) PEELING AND BAGGING

dicing machine, counter current cooler, dust suction and recovery line,

sieving cooled pellets, bagging machine.
